Cannot Register the Hard Drive Because a Hard Drive with UUID Already Exists Error
In case you are facing Cannot Register the Hard Drive Because a Hard Drive with UUID Already Exists Error while cloning your VM or after pasting the vdi dump somewhere and trying to create new vdi using new pasted vdi etc,
Follow following steps to resolve that error:
Open the Command Prompt
Change the directory to where VirtualBox is installed (Default: C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox)
Type the following VBOXMANAGE.EXE internalcommands sethduuid “<PathOfNewVHD> or <PathOfNewVHD> or <PathOfNewISO>”
